Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
How long after ordering is my order shipped?
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after submission to production. Order approval or personalization may add time before production begins.
Which carrier do you use?
The carrier depends on the shipping method.
How long does it take to arrive?
Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, and shipping method. Production time is additional to shipping time. Estimates are not guaranteed and may increase during holidays or high demand.
- Standard U.S. shipping: typically 2–5 business days after shipment. Economy, if offered: typically 4–8 business days after shipment.
Can I pay extra to get my item quicker?
Priority shipping, if available at checkout, does not shorten the standard 2–7 business day production estimate. Contact support@randrcreationstore.com before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by R&R Creation and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team at support@randrcreationstore.com.
Note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Cancellation & Exchanges
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders must be cancelled strictly within 12 hour of being placed for a full refund to be processed. After this, there is a possibility the order has been dispatched and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. Contact us at support@randrcreationstore.com to check.
My item is damaged/incorrect. What do I do?
If you require a replacement due to a manufacturing error/damage and can provide proof, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@randrcreationstore.com.
Can I return my purchase?
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
