Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the items ordered, delivery destination, and shipping method. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Processing and Production Time

Our products are made to order. For products, most orders ship within 2–7 business days after being submitted to production.

Any time required for order approval or personalization is additional. Production may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or product availability delays.

Estimated Delivery

Shipping time begins after production is completed and your order has shipped.

• Standard U.S. shipping: Typically 2–5 business days after shipment.

• Economy U.S. shipping, if offered at checkout: Typically 4–8 business days after shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, and shipping method. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery timeframe, please contact support@randrcreationstore.com with your order number.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund.

This non-delivery refund policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details and missed parcel deliveries.

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

Defective or Incorrectly Described Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match its product description, contact support@randrcreationstore.com. We cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and include the original packaging. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Non-Defective Items

Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Contact our support team to request a return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee.

All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and original condition.

R&R Creation reserves the right to refuse returns made after the 15-day return period.
